This is the heart of the module. For customers, Formonix can automatically message on a new sale, on payment received, on a new quotation and on a new booking. For suppliers, it can message on a new order, when items are received or pending, and when a payment is paid.
Each event has three modes — Automatic (send to everyone), Manual (ask before sending) or Off — and you can attach the invoice, quotation or order PDF to the message. It even works in offline mode, queueing the message to send once you're back online.
